Closure of trading window from 01/07/2026

JSL Industries Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, effective from July 01, 2026. This closure will remain in effect until 48 hours after the company publicly announces its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. This measure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, to prevent insider trading.
