Weizmann Ltd held its 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on July 23, 2026, through video conferencing. The meeting was attended by 34 shareholders, including 10 promoters and 24 public shareholders. The resolutions passed include the adoption of audited financial statements, declaration of dividend, re-appointment of a director, and ratification of cost auditor's remuneration. The promoter and promoter group voted in favor of all resolutions, while public shareholders voted in favor of three out of four resolutions.
