Intimation for Incorporation of Joint Venture Company.

Belding India Ltd has incorporated a new subsidiary company, Belding HD India Private Limited, as a joint venture with HD Fabcon Private Limited. Belding India holds a 55% stake in the newly formed entity. The JV will focus on the Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) and Renewable Energy sectors, leveraging the partners' combined capabilities for project execution and market access. Belding India's initial cash investment in the JV is Rs. 55,000.
