Dear Sir/Madam, Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI Listing Regulations”), as amended from time to time, and in continuation of our earlier intimation dated September 28, 2026 regarding the proposed acquisition of equity shares of M/s VRV Foods Limited (“VRV”), an associate company and related party of the Company, we hereby inform you that 75,850 (Seventy-Five Thousand Eight Hundred and Fifty) equity shares of VRV, allotted to the Company at a price of Rs. 66/- per equity share, aggregating to Rs. 50,06,100/- (Rupees Fifty Lakh Six Thousand One Hundred Only), have been credited to the Demat account of the Company today, i.e. October 23, 2026. Pursuant to the above allotment, the Company’s shareholding in VRV has increased from 20.01% to 20.41% of the increased paid-up equity share capital of VRV.
