The Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench (“NCLT”), vide its order dated 22nd October, 2026, has sanctioned the Scheme of Amalgamation of News18 Marathi Private Limited with the Company (“Scheme”). The Scheme will be effective from the day on which all conditions precedent set forth in the Scheme are fulfilled.
