Consequent to completion of the aforesaid acquisition, the aggregate shareholding of Aeroflex Neu Limited in Stilonn stands at 51.01% of its issued and paid-up equity share capital and, accordingly, Stilonn has become a subsidiary of Aeroflex Neu Limited. The acquisition forms part of the Aeroflex Neu Limited’s initiative in the AI Infra and Data Centre sector to establish an integrated platform for high-tech and critical engineering solutions. It is further informed that, Aeroflex Neu Limited has made the requisite disclosure regarding the acquisition of equity stake to the stock exchanges which is enclosed herewith.
