The Company continued to strengthen its assisted-led wealth platform during the quarter through sustained client acquisition, healthy gross inflows across investment products, continued investments in technology and distribution capabilities, and deeper customer engagement across its diversified product portfolio comprising broking, mutual funds, insurance, PMS, lending and financial planning. Despite market volatility and corrections during September, the Company continued to see healthy gross inflows and growth in fee-earning AUM. The quarter-end AUM was, however, impacted by mark-to-market movements. Employee costs increased by ₹8.16 crore YoY, mainly driven by higher sales personnel headcount, expansion of the IT team to support the technology transformation programme, new hires for the DIFC subsidiary, and higher employee incentives in line with the growth of the distribution business. The Company has been strengthening field-force capabilities to support customer acquisition and engagement. The Company continued to invest in people, technology and distribution capabilities to support long- term growth. The impact of these investments on expenses was partly offset by resilience in the distribution business and growth in fee-earning AUM. Key Operational Highlights: • Customer assets stood at ₹1.12 lakh crore as of September 30, 2026. While assets remained broadly stable sequentially, they were impacted by mark-to-market (MTM) movements amid market corrections, despite healthy gross inflows. • Asset Management Business AUM stood at ₹2,018 crore as of September 30, 2026 a growth of 13% compared to June 30 2026. • Asset Management ARR net flows increased by 353% YoY to ₹322 crore in Q2 FY27, compared to ₹71 crore in Q2 FY26, reflecting improved inflow momentum in the Company's asset management business. • Client base increased to 17.25 lakh, with 31,481 new clients added during Q2 FY27. • Mutual Fund Equity AUM stood at ₹18,449 crore as of September 30, 2026. • Monthly SIP book remained healthy at ₹156 crore, supported by continued field-force recruitment and customer engagement initiatives. • Insurance gross premium stood at ₹175 crore during Q2 FY27. • Lending book stood at ₹780 crore as of September 30, 2026. • Employee strength stood at 3,386, supporting the expansion of advisory and distribution capabilities. • The Company continued to invest in technology, digital platforms, customer engagement and field-force expansion to strengthen customer acquisition, improve productivity and build scalable long-term capabilities. Key Business Highlights: • Resilient Performance Amid Market Volatility: Gross inflows remained healthy and fee- earning AUM continued to grow despite market corrections during the quarter. • AUM Impacted by Market Movements: Sequential AUM remained broadly flat as mark-to- market (MTM) movements offset underlying inflows. The growing SIP base and continued customer engagement are expected to support participation as market conditions improve. • GCC Business and NRI Investment Trends: The Company's GCC business continues to operate amid evolving NRI investment preferences, with FCNR deposit offerings and market conditions influencing the allocation of investments across financial products. The Company remains focused on customer engagement and strengthening relationships across the region. • International Investment Trends: Rupee movements and evolving global investment opportunities are shaping NRI investment preferences, with the Company's joint venture observing interest in US market opportunities. Redemption trends remained stable, providing a key indicator to monitor the direction of investment activity in the coming quarter. Commenting on the overall performance of the Company, Jones George, Managing Director, Geojit Financial Services Ltd, said: “The second quarter of FY27 remained challenging for the Indian capital markets amid market corrections and volatility. Despite these headwinds, Geojit Financial Services demonstrated resilience, supported by healthy net-inflows and sustained customer engagement. The Company's customer assets stood at ₹1.12 lakh crore as of September 30, 2026, remaining broadly stable sequentially as healthy inflows were offset by market-linked mark-to-market (MTM) movements. A key highlight during the quarter was the strong growth in Asset Management ARR net flows, which increased by 353% YoY to ₹322 crore in Q2 FY27, compared to ₹71 crore in Q2 FY26, indicating improved momentum in the Company's asset management business. Revenue grew by 2.57% YoY to ₹165.83 crore during Q2 FY27. However, EBITDA declined to ₹36.71 crore and PAT to ₹16.28 crore, reflecting higher operating costs, including continued investments in IT infrastructure and field-force costs. These investments are aimed at strengthening distribution capabilities, expanding SIP mobilization and enhancing customer acquisition. The monthly SIP book stood at ₹156 crore. Looking ahead, Geojit remains focused on deepening customer relationships, expanding its distribution network, increasing SIP penetration and leveraging technology to improve operating productivity. While market-linked fluctuations continue to influence reported asset values, the growth in Asset Management ARR net flows and continued customer engagement support the Company's efforts to strengthen its competitive positioning and drive sustainable growth.” About Geojit Financial Services Ltd Geojit Financial Services Ltd. is one of India's leading investment services companies, offering an integrated suite of wealth management and financial solutions through its differentiated phygital model that combines digital convenience with relationship-led advisory.
