Consequent to completion of the aforesaid acquisition, the Company's aggregate shareholding in Stilonn stands at 51.01% of its issued and paid-up equity share capital and, accordingly, Stilonn has become a subsidiary of the Company. The acquisition forms part of the Company’s initiative in the AI Infra and Data Centre sector to establish an integrated platform for high-tech and critical engineering solutions.
