Dear Sir, In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, this is to inform that the project namely “Transmission Scheme for integration of Renewable Energy Zone (Phase-II) in Koppal-II (Phase-A & B) and Gadag-II (Phase- A) in Karnataka” (‘Project’) has been completely commissioned with effect from 23rd October, 2026 for which Notification for Commercial Operation (DOCO) has been received on 23rd October, 2026. The Project was entrusted to POWERGRID Koppal Gadag Transmission Ltd (PKGTL), then a wholly owned subsidiary of Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd., which is amalgamated with POWERGRID Khavda II-C Transmission Limited w.e.f. 01st March 2026 as per order dated 27th January, 2026 of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).
