We would also like to inform that pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, the Company has fixed Wednesday, 9th September, 2026 as the Record Date for determining entitlement of members to receive the Dividend, as recommended by the Board of Directors of the Company for the financial year ended 31st March, 2026, subject to approval by the Shareholders at the above AGM of the Company. The Payment of such Dividend, subject to deduction of tax at source, will be made by 5th October, 2026 as under: a) To all Beneficial Owners in respect of shares held in dematerialized form as per the data as may be made available by the National Securities Depository Limited and the Central Depository Services (India) Limited as of the close of business hours on Wednesday, 9th September, 2026; b) To all Members in respect of shares held in physical form after giving effect to valid transmission or transposition requests lodged with the Company as of the close of business hours on Wednesday, 9th September, 2026.
