The other terms and conditions of the LoA remain unchanged. Further, under the other existing LoA for EPC works Solar PV plant, the capacity and scope of work have been revised from 400 MWac / 530 MWp to 400 MWac / 557 MWp. Accordingly, the aggregate capacity under the aforesaid LoAs stands at 800 MWac / 1,109 MWp. The details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with SEBI Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, are set out in “Annexure A” enclosed herewith.
