No.: 022-22723121 COMPANY NO. 507828 Sub: Disclosure under Regulation 30 read with Schedule III, Part A, Paragraph A(20)(b) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 Ref: Intimation regarding receipt of order from Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA), imposing a penalty of ₹2,07,867/- (Rupees Two Lakh Seven Thousand Eight Hundred and Sixty-Seven Only) Dear Sir/Madam, Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III, Part A, Paragraph A(20)(b) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that the Company has received an order dated 22nd October 2026 from the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA), imposing a penalty of ₹2,07,867/- (Rupees Two Lakh Seven Thousand Eight Hundred and Sixty-Seven Only) on the Company for delay in payment of the extension fee of its project, namely, “Ansal Town Yamunanagar DDJAY-SCH-1”. The details as required under the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015 read with the SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, are given below: 1. Name of the authority: Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA). 2. Nature and details of the action taken or order passed: HRERA has imposed a penalty of ₹2,07,867/- on the Company on account of delay in payment of the extension fee, calculated at 10% of the extension fee of ₹1,38,578/- for each additional month of delay for 15 months. 3. Date of receipt of the order: 22nd October 2026. 4. Details of the violation/contravention: Delay in payment of the extension fee, as specified in the HRERA order. 5. Impact on the financial, operational or other activities of the Company: The order entails a financial liability of ₹2,07,867/- towards the penalty imposed. There is no material impact on the financials or operations or other activities of the Company, due to the said Order. Request you to please take the above information on records.
