Dear Sir/Madam, In terms of Regulation 30 read with Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations 2015, we are enclosing herewith Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone) of Central Mine Planning & Design Institute Limited (the ‘Company’) for the quarter / half-year ending 30th September 2026, which have been reviewed by the Audit Committee held on date and have been taken on record by the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on date. The Board meeting commenced at 14:10 Hrs and concluded at 14:40 Hrs. Further, the Board of Directors at its meeting held on date has inter alia, declared Second Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2026-27 @ Rs. 1.05 per equity share on the face value of Rs. 2/- as recommended by the Audit Committee of the company at its meeting held on date. The company has fixed Thursday, 29th October’ 2026 as the “Record Date” for the purpose of determining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of Second Interim Dividend on equity shares for the Financial year 2026-27. Payment of Second Interim Dividend for FY 2026-27 shall be made on or before 22nd November’ 2026.
