our security across Exchanges in the recent past, we would like to submit/clarify as under:
1. We have been regularly making all necessary disclosures, including all price-sensitive
information, to the Stock Exchanges in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR)
Regulations, 2015.
2. We confirm that there is no undisclosed information / announcement (including any
impending announcement) from the company that may have a bearing on the price or volume
