The specific response on the clarifications sought by the Stock Exchanges regarding the aforesaid publication is provided hereunder: a) Whether such negotiations/events were taking place? If so, you are advised to provide the said information along with the sequence of events in chronological order from the start of negotiations/events till date: Response: We have received the notice from FSSAI as per procedure on September 24, 2026 and the Company has sent the response to the queries raised by FSSAI on October 4, 2026. In response to the notice, the Company has submitted clarification to the concerned authorities reiterating that the statements appearing on the product labels are factual in nature and are supported by scientific substantiation. We shall continue to co-operate with the authorities in case they would like to seek further clarification from the Company. b) Whether you / Company are aware of any information that has not been announced to the Exchanges which could explain the movement in the trading, if any? Further, you are advised to provide the said information and the reasons for not disclosing the same to the Exchange earlier as required under regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations: Response: All material information that may have a bearing on the operations / performance of the Company including price sensitive information, which includes all the necessary disclosures in accordance with Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations have been regularly disclosed to the Stock Exchanges by the Company in a timely and accurate manner, in conformity with the principles governing disclosures and obligations. c) The material impact of this article on the Company: Response: None.
