We enclose herewith the Notice of AGM along with the Annual Report of the Company for the year ended 31st March 2026. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rules framed thereunder, the Company has fixed Wednesday, 12th August 2026. as the ‘cut-off’ date for remote e-voting as well as voting during the AGM. A member’s voting rights shall be in proportion to his/her share of the paid-up equity share capital of the Company as on the cut-off date. The remote e-voting period shall commence at 10.00 A.M. (I.S.T) on Sunday, 16th August 2026 and ends at 5.00 P.M. (I.S.T) on Tuesday, 18th August 2026. Those members, who will be present in the AGM through VC / OAVM facility and have not cast their vote on the resolutions through remote e-voting, shall be eligible to vote through e- voting system during the AGM. The Speaker Registration for the AGM shall commence at 10:00 A.M. (IST) on Friday, 07th August 2026 and end at 3:00 P.M. (IST) on Friday, 14th August 2026.
