Except for the uniform revision in the maximum ex-factory prices of the Jute bags supplied by Jute Mills to the State Procurement Agencies for the period specified in the notifications, all other terms and conditions of the orders / contracts remain unchanged. The value or the expected impact in terms of value on sales realisation arising from such price revision in respect of supplies made by the Company for the period stated in the said notifications shall exceed the threshold specified in Regulation 30(4)(i)(c) of the Listing Regulations, necessitating disclosure under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations as provided in Annexure A attached herewith. We became aware of and accessed the relevant gazette notifications on 22nd October 2026, upon resumption of office following the Durga Puja holidays in West Bengal. Thereafter, we examined the contents of the notifications, assessed their implications for the Company and promptly made the necessary disclosures to the Stock Exchanges.
