Approved availing of a Loan Against Property (LAP) of up to Z8,00,00,000/- (Rupees Eight Crore only), secured against the property of Creative Eye Limited. The loan proceeds shall be utilized for the Company’s business operations and future projects. 3. The Board of Directors of the Company, has taken note of and accepted the resignation of Mr. Sachin Devare, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company, with effect from 14% November, 2026.
