Approval of the Re-appointment of Ms. Suparna Mitra as Non-Executive, Independent Director of the Company Upon recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors, the Board of Directors have approved the re-appointment of Ms. Suparna Mitra (DIN: 07135817) as a Non-Executive Independent Director on the Board of the Company for a second term of five consecutive years commencing from April 01, 2027, up to March 31, 2032 (both days inclusive), subject to approval of the Shareholders.
