Approved and taken on record the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026. The said Unaudited Financial Results prepared in terms of Regulation 33 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, together with the Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditors are enclosed herewith. These results are also being uploaded on the Company’s website at www.adanigas.com 2. Taken note of cessation of Mr. Suresh P. Manglani (DIN: 00165062) as Executive Director and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company, upon his superannuation, with effect from the close of business hours on October 31, 2026. The Board placed on record its appreciation for the valuable contribution made and services rendered by Mr. Manglani during his tenure with the Company. 3. Approved, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee the appointment of Mr. Sanjay Pandita (DIN: 11929763), presently the Chief Executive Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company, as an Additional Director and Whole-time Director designated as Executive Director of the Company with effect from November 1, 2026, for a term of three (3) years, subject to the approval of the Shareholders of the Company.
