of the Listing Regulations, 2015, including relevant circulars issued by the SEBf
from time to time. Our responsibility is to issue a report on the Statement
based on our review.
3. We conducted our review of the Statement in accordance with the Standard on
Review Engagements (SRE) 2410- "Review of Interim Financial Information
Performed by the Independent Auditor of the Entity", issued by the Institute
of Chartered Accountants of India. This standard requires that we plan and
perform the review to obtain moderate assurance as to whether the financial
statements are free of material misstatement. Areview is limited primarily to
inquiries of the Bank's personnel and analytical procedures applied to
financial data and thus provides less assurance than an audit. Accordingly, we
do not express an audit opinion.

of 132 branches including 4 Impaired Assets Recovery Branches, treasury
operations, credit card division and various returns of corporate office
departments reviewed by us. In the conduct of our Review, wehave relied upon
the review reports in respect of non-performing assets received from the
concurrent auditors of 277 branches. These review reports cover 77.03% of the

Branch managers of the bank are also incorporated in the financial results.
Thereturns received from the Branches cover 22.97%ofthe advances portfolio
of the bank and 43.08%of non-performing assets of the bank.
5. Based on our review conducted as above, nothing has come to our attention
that causes us to believe that the accompanying Statement of Unaudited
Standalone Financial Results including notes thereon prepared in accordance
with applicable accounting standards and other recognized accounting
practices and policies has not disclosed the information required to be
disclosed in terms of Regulation 33 and Regulation 52 read with Regulation
63 (2)of the Listing Regulations, 2015, including the manner in which it is to
be disclosed, or that it contains any material misstatement or that it has not
been prepared in accordance with the relevant guidelines/prudential norms
