Subsequently, the Company issued a corrigendum dated June 15, 2026, to the Notice of the aforesaid EGM. In this regard, the Company wishes to clarify that an inadvertent typographical error occurred in both the original EGM Notice dated May 28, 2026, and the corrigendum dated June 15, 2026, wherein the shares of the Company were referred to as “infrequently traded” instead of “frequently traded.” The Company hereby clarifies that the aforesaid reference in both the EGM Notice and the corrigendum was an inadvertent typographical error. The Valuation Report obtained by the Company correctly classifies the shares of the Company as “frequently traded.” Accordingly, the reference to the shares as “infrequently traded” in the original EGM Notice and the corrigendum shall be read and construed as “frequently traded”, in line with the classification stated in the Valuation Report. In order to ensure clarity and avoid any ambiguity among the members, investors and other stakeholders, the Company hereby places this clarification on record and requests all concerned to take note of the correct classification of the shares as “frequently traded”, as stated in the Valuation Report, while reading the original EGM Notice and the corrigendum thereto.
