Dear Sir/Madam, Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Company has become aware of an extortion attempt by a threat actor claiming to have obtained operational and network configuration data relating to certain of the Company’s systems, and threatening to publish such data unless a payment is made. The Company is validating the claim, including the samples shared by the threat actor, and is investigating with the assistance of external cyber security experts and legal counsel to determine the systems and data involved and any customers that may be affected. The relevant authorities have been notified. Based on the investigation to date, there has been no disruption to the Company’s services and no evidence of impact on customer operations. The Company has implemented additional security measures as a precaution. The Company does not expect any material financial impact at this stage and will inform the exchanges of any material developments. We request you to take the above on record.
