Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company hereby informs the Exchange of certain clarifications and corrections to the Explanatory Statement forming part of the Notice of the Annual General Meeting dated 05th September, 2026 sent in connection with the proposed Preferential Issue of 26,29,416 Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares (“CCPS”) of face value of ₹2/- (Rupees Two only) each, at a premium of ₹89/- (Rupees Eighty-Nine only) per CCPS, i.e. at an issue price of ₹91/- (Rupees Ninety-One only) per CCPS. Since the Annual General Meeting has already been concluded on 30th September, 2026, the Company is making this disclosure to bring the following clarifications and corrections in the Item no. 7 sub point no. 5, 18 and 20 of Explanatory Statement of Notice in to the attention of the Exchange and Shareholders. 5.
