Dear Sir/Madam, In furtherance to our intimation dated 16.10.2026 regarding the next Meeting of Board of Directors scheduled to be held on Friday, the 30th October, 2026, the Board will also consider the 1st Interim Dividend for the financial year 2026-27. Further, pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, it is hereby informed that the “Record Date” for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of 1st Interim dividend for the financial year 2026-27, if any, declared at the Board Meeting is Thursday, 5th November, 2026. The said Interim Dividend shall be paid to those shareholders whose names appear: a) as beneficial owners in the statement(s) furnished by the Depository(ies) as on the close of business hours on Thursday, 5th November, 2026 in respect of shares held in electronic form; and b) as members in the Register of Members on Thursday, 5th November, 2026 in respect of physical shares.
