Respected Sir/Madam, Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that Patel Retail Limited (“the Company”) has finalised two new locations for its upcoming retail stores, as set out below: 1. Ghoti, Nashik District, Maharashtra 2. Mangaon/Mahad, Raigad District, Maharashtra The proposed store at Ghoti will mark the Company's entry into Nashik district, thereby expanding its geographical retail presence to four districts in Maharashtra, namely Thane, Raigad, Palghar and Nashik. The finalisation of these locations represents a further step in the Company's efforts to expand its retail footprint and strengthen its presence across additional markets in Maharashtra. The stores are proposed to be operationalised subject to completion of the necessary formalities, fit-outs and other applicable requirements.
