Subramanyam, Joint Secretary, MNRE (DIN-07935156) as Government Nominee Director on the Board of the Company w.e.f 24.07.2026 till the posts of 03 (three) Functional Directors are filled up or until further orders, whichever is earlier. Further, as per declaration received from Shri Javvadi V.N. Subramanyam, Joint Secretary, MNRE (DIN-07935156), he is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any SEBI Order or any other such authority. Brief profile (in case of appointment) Shri JVN Subramanyam is a senior Indian Administrative Service officer with over 18 years of experience across Central and State Governments in renewable energy, public financial management, industrial and infrastructure promotion, health systems, and governance reforms. He is presently serves as Joint Secretary, MNRE, Government of India, contributing to India’s renewable energy agenda. Prior to his current role, he served as Director, Department of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Finance, handling financial market policy and international economic engagements. He has also held key State-level leadership roles, including Vice Chairman & Managing Director, Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation (APIIC); Commissioner of Industries; CEO, AP Economic Development Board; Mission Director, National Health Mission, Assam; and Deputy Commissioner & District Magistrate, Goalpara, Assam. He is a Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant (All India First Rank) and holds Bachelor degree in Commerce and Masters in Public Policy (MPP), along with the Chevening Gurukul Fellowship in Leadership from King’s College London. He has received several national and State-level awards for excellence in public service, innovation, governance, and Government of India awards for best practices and innovation in public health outcomes, Multiple Chief Minister’s Awards for Excellence in Public Service and Public Administration, and the Kayakalp Award for strengthening district- level health institutions. 4.
