21.12.2025, 30.01.2026, 17.03.2026, 05.05.2026 and in compliance to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing
Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is to inform that NHPC Limited declares
Commercial Operation (CoD) of Unit# 5 (250 MW) of Subansiri Lower HE Project, 2000 MW (8x250 MW),
Assam/Arunachal Pradesh from 00:00 hours on 23.10.2026. With this, CoD of five units i.e. Unit# 1, Unit# 2,
Unit# 3, Unit# 4 and Unit# 5 (250 MW each) of Subansiri Lower HE Project has been declared and the CoD of
remaining units will be intimated in due course.
