Dear Sir/Madam, Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para B of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and relevant SEBI circulars we hereby inform about the following update in respect of the litigation involving the Company: The Additional Commissioner, Central GST & Central Excise, Surat Commissionerate, vide Order-in-Original No. Surat/GST/KPJ/57/2024-25 dated February 03, 2025, imposed a penalty of Rs. 10,61,46,804/- (Rupees Ten Crore Sixty-One Lakh Forty-Six Thousand Eight Hundred Four only) on the Company. Aggrieved by the aforesaid Order-in-Original, the Company preferred an appeal before the Appellate Authority. The Commissioner (Appeals), vide Order- in-Appeal No. CC(APPEAL)RHM-225 to 232/2025-26 dated October 29, 2025, rejected the appeal and upheld the Order-in-Original. Subsequently, the Company has filed a writ petition before the Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat on February 27, 2026, challenging the aforesaid Order-in-Appeal. The matter is currently pending adjudication before the Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat. The details as required to be provided under sub-para 8 of Para B of Part A of Schedule III to the SEBI Listing Regulations, read with relevant SEBI circulars, are enclosed as Annexure-1 to this letter.
