The incident affected the availability of the Company's trading system, due to which clients were unable to access the affected trading services during the period of disruption. Upon becoming aware of the incident, the Company immediately initiated the necessary technical and operational measures to investigate the issue and restore the affected services at the earliest. We are pleased to inform you that the system has been restored and is functioning normally as of the time of this disclosure. The root cause of the outage and the extent of its impact are currently being assessed. The Company is monitoring the system closely and will undertake appropriate corrective and preventive measures to minimise the likelihood of recurrence. Kindly take the above information on record.
