In context the Company is availing exemption of providing such information under Regulation 15(2) of the said regulation as the Paid-up capital of the Company and Net worth of the Company as on March 31, 2026 is Rs. 4,42,82,070/- and Rs. 5,73,48,000/- respectively and which is within the prescribed limit. The company also undertakes that whenever this regulation becomes applicable to our company at a later date, the company will comply with the requirements of the above regulations within six months from the date on which the provision becomes applicable to the company.
