The Board of Directors of the Company has approved the Postal Ballot Notice seeking approval of the Members of the Company for the appointment of Mr. Shrey Mukesh Ruia (DIN: 07576509) as an Executive Director of the Company, on such terms and conditions as set out in the said Notice and other business thereto. The Postal Ballot Notice shall be dispatched to the Members of the Company in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, and the rules made thereunder, read with the applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
