Plan to rollout up to 100 large-format showrooms across Tier
I, Tier II and Tier III cities over the next 12–18 months, as a
mix of own as well as asset-light franchise model. The
Retail expansion
company is confident that it will start establishing new
showrooms in this financial year itself.
Already executed MoU’s with NSDC under the Government of
India and with the Government of Uttar Pradesh under the CM
Micro-franchise network YUVA scheme for onboarding of upto 2,00,000 and 1,000
through strategic franchisee partners respectively under the PC Jeweller brand

Government under CM markets located in Tier 4 and below cities where no other
YUVA and NSDC established brand has its presence yet, thereby giving first-
mover advantage to the company.
The company is working on and planning to launch a new
jewellery brand which will mainly focus on demi-fine /
lightweight jewellery and lab-grown-diamond fine jewellery for
younger and self-purchasing buyers. The lightweight jewellery
New brand for GEN-Z and lab-grown diamond jewellery segment in India is expected
customers to be a large opportunity. The segment typically carry
materially higher gross margins ratio than traditional jewellery
and it is capital efficient thereby improving inventory turns and
the return on capital as the business scales.

Festive readiness
half of the year.
The Company remains committed to building a stronger, more resilient and growth-oriented
organisation. With rich experience from the past, going forward, the Company is committed
to expansion of its retail footprint. Initiatives like MoU’s with the Government and focus on
the franchise model will help the demographic expansion. The company already caters to
different market segments through its jewellery design. With launch of a new brand for
youngsters, the company will further expand segment wise. This will help the company to
reach a broader customer base and enhance its market presence and is aligned with the
Company’s future roadmap for growth and creating value for its stakeholders.
