Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd has signed a License Agreement for a new 85-room Lemon Tree Hotel in Janakpur, Nepal, to be managed by its wholly-owned subsidiary Carnation Hotels Private Limited. This signing increases the group's Nepal portfolio to 8 properties and its overall international presence to 11. Janakpur is a significant pilgrimage and heritage destination, aligning with the company's strategy to build hospitality infrastructure in culturally important, high-potential markets. The hotel will feature various amenities including a restaurant, banquet hall, swimming pool, and spa.
