Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 and Schedule III, Part A, Para A(1) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, the Company had earlier diclosed the outcome of the Board Meeting held on Monday, October 19, 2026, wherein the Board of Directors, inter alia, considered and approved the sale of the Company's property/units situated at Badlapur, District Thane, Maharashtra. In this regard, we would like to inform you that the area of the properties/units mentioned in the aforesaid disclosure was inadvertently stated incorrectly. The correct details of the properties/units are as under: 1. Plot No. F-09, admeasuring 2,519 Sq. Mtrs., situated at MIDC Industrial Area, Badlapur, District Thane, Maharashtra. 2. Plot No. F-10, admeasuring 7,135 Sq. Mtrs., situated at MIDC Industrial Area, Badlapur, District Thane, Maharashtra. Except for the aforesaid correction in the area of the properties/units, all other details contained in the earlier disclosure shall remain unchanged. The Company shall keep the Stock Exchange informed of further developments in relation to the proposed sale transactions and shall make such disclosures as may be required under the applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
