The Company will conduct Final Location Surveys (FLS) and provide associated engineering and planning services for railway infrastructure development projects. The mandate places Monarch at an important stage of India’s railway development journey—where precise surveys, robust investigations and well-considered planning translate into safer, faster and more resilient rail corridors. Beyond FLS, Monarch’s scope includes preparation of the Detailed Project Report (DPR), geotechnical investigations, signaling, electrical and operating/traffic works for the construction of electrified new lines, doubling, third and fourth lines, as well as flyover and bypass-line works. The assignment will support the planning and development of railway infrastructure designed to increase network capacity, strengthen connectivity and enable the continued expansion of India’s rail transportation system. The project is subject to requisite approvals from the relevant government authorities and is scheduled for completion within 36 months from the date of issuance of the LoA. The order further deepens Monarch’s presence in railway infrastructure consultancy and reflects the Company’s integrated capabilities across surveying, engineering, technical investigations and project planning. It also reinforces Monarch’s ability to bring multidisciplinary expertise to complex, nationally significant transportation projects.
