No. NSE/CM/Surveillance/17734 dated October 19, 2026 seeking clarification w.r.t. the captioned subject, it is informed that there is no information/ announcement (including impending announcement) to be made by the Company which, in our opinion, may have a bearing on the price/ volume behavior in the scrip of the Company, and which is required to be disclosed under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Regulations"). Further, the Company has not withheld any material/ price sensitive information that in our opinion would have bearing on the volume/ price behavior of the scrip.
