The contractual consideration is proposed to be payable in Swedish krona (SEK), with the equivalent amount to be specified in the definitive Purchase and License Agreement. The systems are proposed to be operated by the Company's subsidiary, Optimus Oncology Private Limited. The LOI records the Company’s present commercial intention to proceed. It does not itself constitute a definitive sale and purchase agreement or oblige Elekta to supply the equipment.
