In the said disclosure, it was inadvertently mentioned in the cover page that “The Joint Statutory Auditors have issued the Audit Report with modified opinion on the standalone and consolidated financial results of the Bank for the Quarter (Q2) and Half Year ended September 30, 2026.” This statement should be instead read as “The Joint Statutory Auditors have expressed a qualified conclusion in their Limited Review Report on the Bank’s unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026” Further, there is no change in any other information, annexures, or details provided in the aforementioned disclosure dated October 17, 2026.
