Allotment of 271147 equity shares pursuant to ESOP/ESPS

Restaurant Brands Asia Ltd. announced the allotment of 271,147 fully paid-up equity shares, each with a face value of Rs. 10. These shares were issued to eligible employees who exercised their stock options under the B K Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2015, and the RBAL Employee Stock Option Scheme – 2024. This allotment slightly increases the company's issued and paid-up equity share capital. The newly allotted shares will rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares.
