Incorporation of Subisidiary and Resignation of Internal Auditor of the Company

Oswal Greentech Ltd has announced the board's approval for the incorporation of a 95% owned subsidiary in Dubai, UAE, to undertake real estate development and property business internationally. The initial investment by Oswal Greentech will be AED 38 million out of a total AED 40 million, subject to various regulatory approvals. Separately, the company informed about the immediate resignation of its internal auditor, M/s Siddharth S. Kothari & Co., citing personal reasons.
