Dishman Carbogen Amcis Limited has re-submitted its audited financial results for March 31, 2026, in a machine-readable format following an NSE request. The original board meeting on May 19, 2026, approved these results and, significantly, sanctioned availing External Commercial Borrowing (ECB) up to CHF 200 million from a promoter group company. This ECB aims to refinance existing debt at more favorable terms, reducing interest costs. Additionally, the board approved increasing the company's overall borrowing limits from Rs. 1,700 crores to Rs. 4,000 crores, subject to shareholder approval.
