As a precautionary measure and considering the prevailing conditions, operations at the aforesaid manufacturing facilities have been temporarily suspended with immediate effect. The extent of the damage to the plant and machinery, inventory and other assets is presently being assessed. As access to certain areas of the said manufacturing facilities remains restricted due to waterlogging, the financial impact, if any, cannot be ascertained at this stage. Aero Care has undertaken all necessary measures to safeguard its assets, assess the extent of damage, and expedite the restoration of operations. The assets at the designated manufacturing facilities are comprehensively covered under insurance. The Information as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Schedule III and the SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, is enclosed as Annexure A.
