Communication in respect of TDS on Final Dividend for the FY 2025-26

Procter & Gamble Hygiene and Health Care Ltd. has announced a final dividend of Rs. 60 per equity share for the Financial Year 2025-26, subject to approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The company also issued a detailed communication regarding the deduction of Tax at Source (TDS) on this dividend income. Shareholders are requested to update their PAN and other tax-related information with depositories or the registrar to ensure appropriate tax withholding rates are applied for both resident and non-resident shareholders.
