Ref: Disclosure pertaining to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended (“SEBI Listing Regulations”) With reference to the captioned subject and in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 as amended, we wish to inform that Dhruv Consultancy Services Limited in association with M/s Mark Procon Private Limited has received the “Letter of Acceptance” from the office of Superintending Engineer cum Regional Officer Gandhinagar, Ministry of Road Transport and Highway Regional Office Gujarat, UT of Dadar & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu, the Authority and the said work covers the appointment as Consultancy Services as Authority Engineer for supervision of Upgradation to Two Lane with Paved Shoulder carriageway from km 170+300 to km 277+254 of Dholavira-Mauvana-Vauva-Santalpur Section (Package-II) of NH-754k in the state of Gujarat on EPC Mode for the contract price of Rs. 14,85,00,000/- (Rupees Fourteen Crore Eighty-Five Lakhs Only) excluding GST. The Company has been appointed for the project via Letter No. F.No. RW/GNR/ Works dated 16.10.2026 and received by the company on 19.10.2026. The Company is required to Furnish the Performance security deposit within 21 days of issuance of LOA. The Duration of the project is 84 Months.
