Dear Sir/Madam,
In accordance with Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations
and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are enclosing herewith specimen of the
letter, being dispatched to the shareholders regarding transfer of Equity shares of the Company
to Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) today i.e. 24th July, 2026.
The letters are being sent to shareholders whose dividend remained unclaimed or un-encashed
for seven consecutive years (since the FY 2018-19 final dividend). In compliance with Section
124(6) of the Companies Act, 2013, read with applicable IEPF regulations, the underlying shares
of such shareholders are liable to be transferred to IEPF. Vide the said letter, concerned
shareholders have been called upon, inter alia, to lodge claims for their unclaimed dividend
amounts on or before 15th October, 2026.

Dear Shareholder,
It has been observed that dividend declared by the Company for financial year ended March 30, 2019
(Financial Year 2018-19 onwards) which were sent to you through Post/ ECS/ NECS/ NACH, is/ are
lying unpaid/ unclaimed with the Company as per the following details:

Pursuant to the provision of Section 124 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Investor Education
and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016 and
subsequent amendment thereto (‘Rules’), all unpaid/ unclaimed dividend is/ are required to be
transferred by the Company to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) established by the
Central Government after of the expiry of seven years from the date of transfer to unpaid/ unclaimed
dividend account. Further, all the shares in respect of which dividend has remained unpaid/
unclaimed for seven consecutive years or more shall also be transferred in the name of IEPF. It may
please be noted that once the unpaid/ unclaimed dividend is/ are transferred to the IEPF, no claim
whatsoever shall be entertained by the Company thereafter.
The shareholders will be able to get the dividend only from IEPF after following the due
compliances/ procedures.
You are therefore advised to claim the aforesaid unpaid/unclaimed dividend.
Procedure for claiming unpaid/unclaimed dividend:
In case shares are Please send Form ISR-1, copy of PAN/PAN(s) (in case of joint holders), original
held in physical cancelled cheque (name of 1st holder printed on it) or copy of bank passbook having
mode MICR Code, IFSC and A/c No., duly attested by the Bank Manager, Form ISR-2 (in
case of signature mismatch with our records/or missing) and Form SH-13 or Form
ISR-3 (which can be download from our website i.e. www.masserv.com)
In case shares are Please update your bank details with DP and send copy of updated client master
held in demat mode along with a request letter to the Registrar & Share Transfer Agent of the Company
i.e. MAS Services Limited at the address given below.
You are advised to kindly send a request to the Registrar & Share Transfer Agent (‘RTA’) of the Company i.e.,

to claim your unpaid/ unclaimed dividend.
Further, kindly note that the shares on which dividend has not been claimed for a continuous period of last
seven years i.e. from F.Y. 2018-19, shall be mandatorily transferred by the Company to IEPF as per the
provisions of Section 124(6) of Companies Act, 2013 and Investor Education and Protection Fund
Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016. Therefore, you are requested to kindly
claim your unpaid/ unclaimed dividend, if any, on or before October 15, 2026, after which shares whether
held in physical form as well as demat form shall be mandatorily transferred to IEPF.

Kindly ignore this communication if you have already sent a request for unpaid/ unclaimed dividend
warrant(s) and processing of the same is pending with the Company.
In case no communication is received by RTA from you for the dividend amount within the stipulated time
period as mentioned above i.e. October 15, 2026, we shall, with a view to comply with the requirements of
the said Rules, transfer the shares to the IEPF suspense account, without any further notice.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL UNPAID/ UNCLAIMED DIVIDEND WILL BE CREDITED TO
SHAREHOLDER’S BANK ACCOUNT ONLY. THEREFORE, KINDLY SUBMIT ORIGINAL
CANCELLED CHEQUE HAVING NAME PRINTED ON IT OR COPY OF BANK PASSBOOK
HAVING MICR CODE, IFSC AND A/C NO., DULY ATTESTED BY THE BANK MANAGER, A
COPY OF PAN CARD OF ALL THE SHAREHOLDER(S), FORM ISR-1, FORM ISR-2 AND FORM
SH-13 OR FORM ISR-3, IF CLAIM OF DIVIDEND ON SHARES HELD IN PHYSICAL FORM,
OTHERWISE SEND COPY OF UPDATED CLIENT MASTER CERTIFICATE BY DP IN CASE OF
CLAIM OF DIVIDEND ON SHARES HELD IN DEMAT FORM.
