inform you that the Company has fully redeemed the Commercial Papers (CPs) of ₹ 1000 crore
(Rupees One Thousand Crore) bearing ISIN - INE280A14591 issued on
21st July 2026. The maturity proceeds of the CPs have been duly paid to all the holders today.
