Consequently, the proposed preferential issue of convertible warrants will not be proceeded with, and the Company shall not take any further steps in relation to the said proposal. It is further informed that the Promoters and the proposed allottees, in the proposed preferential issue of convertible warrants have abstained from voting on the said resolution at the EGM. In view of the above, we request BSE Limited to kindly close the application for in- principle approval submitted by the Company in connection with the aforesaid proposed preferential issue of convertible warrants.
