Dear Sir / Ma’am, Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the operations at the Company's manufacturing facilities situated at Survey No. 239, Near Morai Railway Crossing, Village Salvav, Via-Vapi, Dist. Valsad, Gujarat – 396191 have been disrupted due to heavy flooding of the factory premises caused by incessant heavy rainfall and severe waterlogging in the region. It should be noted that this is an unprecedented situation that the company has never encountered before. As a precautionary measure and considering the prevailing conditions, operations at the aforesaid manufacturing facilities have been temporarily suspended with effect from 23rd July, 2026. We are currently assessing the damage to our plant, machinery, inventory, and other assets. Because waterlogging still restricts access to certain areas of the manufacturing facility, the total financial impact cannot be determined at this stage. The company's insurance plans provide sufficient coverage for the assets at the aforementioned manufacturing plants. The company has taken all necessary steps to protect its assets, evaluate the damage, and quickly resume operations.
