Allotment of Securities

Vodafone Idea Limited has allotted 430 crore warrants to Suryaja Investments Pte. Ltd., an Aditya Birla Group entity and a member of the Promoter Group, on a preferential basis. An upfront payment of Rs. 1,182.50 Crore, representing 25% of the issue price of Rs. 11 per warrant, has been received. Each warrant is convertible into one equity share within 18 months upon payment of the remaining 75% of the issue price, providing immediate capital and potential further equity infusion to the company.
